1. Where is my license activation code?
Ususally your activation code will arrive within 5 – 10 minutes after your purchase.  Please be sure to also check your spam folder.  If you have not received you license within 30 minutes, please contact me.

2. KMP says license is invalid.
Chances are, your firewall is blocking KMP’s access to the Internet, therefore it can’t verify your license.  Make sure you allow your firewall to allow KMP access to the Internet.  If your not for sure, disable your firewall temporarily and restart KMP.  Also, make sure you are using the License Code sent to you in a separate email and not the Clickbank receipt number.

3. KMP is showing “0′s” for the data, what happened?
This is most likely caused because  Google temporarily banned your IPbecause you queried Google’s database too frequently and too fast.  Be sure to read the manual on this topic.  Solution:  Wait a few hours and try again. Unfortunately, with any tool that queries Google’s database , there is the possibility of temporarily getting your IP banned.

4. I’m not getting anything, it seems to have quit working.
There might be a few reasons for this.  First, make sure that if you previously used the filters, you change them back to “0″ AND uncheck the tick boxes.  If it still does not work or you don’t have filters checked, try restarting KMP.  If that don’t work, be sure you check to see if your firewall is blocking access to KMP.

5. I am trying to do a search using the Google source, but nothing happens.
Please be patient.  With Google, you have to wait for the actual keyword tool page to load in the software.  Depending on your connection, this can take anywhere from a few seconds up to a minute.  You should see a captcha box pop up first, after entering the captcha code, wait up to 1 minute for all the keywords and data to be imported into KMP.
