Keyword Magic Pro 3 makes managing your keyword lists and the collected data easy.  With the unique tabbed folders, you can easily store your collected keywords and data.

With the built in “Tabbed Folders”, it’s easy to sort and organize all the keyword data you collect.  First, rename the default folder or add additional ones and give them a name such as I have below with “Keywords”, “Keyword Research” and “Keyword Tools”.

When you do your keyword research, simply select the keyword(s) you want to save and drop them into your selected folder.  All data collected for the keyword(s) will also be saved in the folder where you can continue to add, remove and refine the keyword list.

Once the keywords have been added to your folders, you can export all the information to an XML file or save particular keywords to a “Favorites” keyword list where they can be copied or exported as:
